We were asked to provide a mechanism that would enable an International publishing company to manage its inter-company accounts - in upt to 15 currencies - to be reconciled in a more timely manner than had been previously the case with the exchange of myriad excel spreadsheets.
By utilising a secure (SSL) website with a fully encrypted database and failsafe processes with time based checkpoints, we were able to deliver a solution that continues to save that company thousands of pounds each month in potential exchange rate losses and corporate paper chasing.
